Johnson & Johnson Innovation Presents: Meeting with NIH's National Institute on Aging & The Centre for Aging and Brain Innovation

We’re pleased to bring together two agencies dedicated to supporting start-ups focused on Aging. The NIH's National Institute on Aging (NIA) provides over $140 million annually, through non-dilutive SBIR/STTR grants, to startups that are developing innovations that could extend and enhance healthy aging as well as innovations addressing age-related diseases including Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias. The Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI), powered by Baycrest, helps innovators develop, disseminate, scale, and promote adoption of promising innovations in the aging and brain health sector.

Join us for an in-person session with Todd Haim, Director of the Office of Strategic Extramural Programs at NIA, Joshua Hooks, AAAS STPF Fellow and NIA SBIR/STTR Program Manager and Mel Barsky, Director, Business Development Centre For Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI). Along with providing an overview of the organizations, they will also be available for a one-on-one meeting to answer specific questions you may have about the submission process.

Companies interested in being considered for an opportunity for a one-on-one in-person meeting following the event will need to apply by April 21st. Selected companies will be notified on April 28th.  Apply
