Exhibit Opportunity: Fall 2019 SU College of Engineering and Computer Science Career Fair

Please join us for the Fall 2019  College of Engineering and Computer Science Career Fair!  The College of Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) is hosting an evening Career Fair with hundreds of students in over 35+ disciplines and  programs. The Fall 2019 ECS Career Fair will be hosted in the  Goldstein Auditorium housed within the Schine Student Center. Registration for the Career Fair is free! We are eager to have you meet our students.
Your free registration provides you with the following:
  • A single, 6 foot long table and two chairs located within the Goldstein Auditorium
  • General and targeted promotion of your corporation through the SU job posting system, Handshake
  • An opportunity to receive a reduced room rate at the Sheraton University Hotel.
  • Dinner
PLEASE NOTE:  
There will be a $200 no-show fee invoiced to any registered employer or  organization that does not attend the Engineering and Computer Science  Career Fair as scheduled without proper notice.  We do not charge our  employers to come to our career fair; however, we must now charge a fee  if an employer does not contact us byTuesday, September 17th to cancel  their registration.

Hotel Accommodations:
A small block of rooms has been reserved at a reduced rate ($152.00) at the Sheraton University Hotel, located at 801 University Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210.  Reservations must be made no later than 5:00pm on 8/23/19  and made directly with the Hotel to reserve in this block. Please identify yourself as being with 'SU Fall Career Fairs' when reserving.

Directions to Campus: Although the Schine Student Center does not have a specific GPS address, you can use 111 Waverly to get to the campus. It's not the exact address, but it will get you across the street from the Schine loading dock. 

Unloading/Parking: We will have students available to assist you with unloading your cars at the Schine loading dock located on Waverly Ave. across from the Sheraton parking garage. Please be patient as we have a limited number of students making trips in and out of the building.

Complimentary parking will be at Booth Garage on the corner of Comstock Ave. and Waverly Ave. When you arrive at the garage, advise the attendant that you are attending the Engineering and Computer Science Career Fair.

Shipping Materials to Campus:

Giveaways and corporately branded items are always a hit with the students. Should you wish to send your materials ahead of time, your shipment MUST be received by September 20, 2019 to ensure delivery to the venue. Please be sure to share all documentation for the materials you ship in  order to track arrival. Due to the lack of storage space available, we cannot  accept ANY shipments sent directly to the College of Engineering and Computer  Science. Upon the completion of the Career Fair, please ensure all  packages which need to be returned to you have adequate return labels  available. We can assist with the placement of these as necessary.
