Rentable Event Space

The Central New York Biotech Accelerator (CNYBAC), located at 841 E. Fayette St., Syracuse, NY, offers a high-tech theater, exhibit space, catering area and conference rooms available to applicable programs for rent. 

Limited parking is available in our secure lot located behind the building - additional parking coordination may be made directly by the renting organization with nearby paid parking lots.

Rentable Event Space:

Theater:  250 seat theater, some chairs w/arm tablets (now at 50% occupancy/maximum allowable is 100 attendees at present); 16-Display LED, Video Wall; 4 Cameras; Camera controllers; Video & Audio Recording capable w/Editing Service; Livestream/Webcast capable; On-site AudioVisual technician setup and program support.  Please note, AV services are coordinated/invoiced directly between the organizing event planner and the Upstate Education Communications Department, CNYBAC staff will provide AV services contact.

Cafe kitchen and seating area for catering and Window Wall for exhibit area and networking

Conference Rooms for breakout sessions or smaller meetings.
