Bryan Margulies on Leadership: You Can’t do Everything so Delegate, Then Support and Praise

Bryan Margulies is co-founder and chief scientific officer at Zetagen Therapeutics.

The company began when Margulies was on the faculty at Upstate Medical University in orthopedic surgery, cell developmental biology, and pharmacology. Margulies and colleague Nikhil Thakur, now an orthopedic spine surgeon near Boston, discovered a small molecule that causes stem cells to become bone cells. That discovery in 2012 was the genesis for their company.
