MyHealthHatch completed their minimum viable product to collect and organize patient health records for easy access and ability to track data in September of this year. Their technology also comes with resources and education to assist patients and caregivers. They are planning a Beta Launch in late November Nov 29th and are looking for patients, caregivers and clinicians to test their service and trial the usability and features of the product.
MyHealthHatch has been accepted into the NewChip™ Accelerator for Digital Health Cohort as well as the Purim Ventures Mastermind accelerator and are working with SUNY Upstate Medical University students to review best ways for providers to take advantage of the MyHealthHatch platform for the provider use cases (i.e., patient data tracking, VBP metrics collection, Medical records sharing). Have secured an initial Angel investment $150K Seed Round and are looking for investors for a broader seed round planned for December of $1.5M to finalize product launch.
